VinScore ratings add selling power
VinScore helps make your 'Finished/Bottle Ready' table wine listings more appealing to buyers, as it provides an unbiased filter to help them compare wines of interest. While sellers are not obligated to use VinScore, it has been shown that listings displaying a VinScore are 300% more likely to achieve a confirmed sale than those without this independent qualifying report.
When you're ready to list and promote your wines you can purchase an independent and credible VinScore rating when completing adding your listing. Your VinScore evaluation and rating will take between 3-5 days from the time VINEX receives your wine sampe.
VinScore ratings are only available for table wines that are in Finished/Bottle Ready condition (fined, filtered and fault free). They do not need to be cold stable.
VinScore ratings are not applied to unfinished wines or other grape derived product.
When listing your wine you will need to indicate its quality within one of the 5 quality category levels. This indication is your own assessment and will not be changed by VINEX.

Based on your wine's nominated quality level, it is then appraised against the following five criteria, and given points totalling a maximum of 50.

The total appraisal score out of 50 is expressed in units, eg. 38/50 is a 3.8 VinScore Rating. The highest score of 5.0 represents an exceptional wine within its designated A-E quality level.
To request a VinScore, enter the Exchange and select +Add Listing then enter the wine's details and dispatch a sample for independent assessment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Guarantee
If you don't agree with the VinScore evaluation and would like to challenge it, VINEX will obtain a second qualified opinion at no additional cost to you. You are not obligated to display a VinScore rating.
