All fees are exclusive of local taxes, that may apply.
Memberships
If you purchase a Standard or Premium membership and within 30 days of purchase want to discontinue your membership, VINEX offers a money back guarantee.
Membership joining fee*
No joining fee will apply to memberships purchased before 1 July 2016.
Membership Payment
Membership is billed for the purchase period - either 6 or 12 months. Part or periodic installment payments are not accepted. You can purchase with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Prices exclude local taxes that may apply. Payment may be made in GBP, USD, EUR, CNY, AUD, or NZD.
Additional licenses
If you require additional licenses, they can be purchased for Standard and Premium memberships.
Can I cancel or upgrade my membership?
Yes you can cancel, but VINEX will only credit 50% of any unused portion of paid membership. You can upgrade your membership at any time via your Account Settings page.
Service Fee Payment Terms
Domestic Sale
- Service Fees < £1,200 invoice is payable within 30 days of the contract date, plus all Swap contract service fees
- Service Fees > £1,200 for majority of volume despatched < 60 days, then 50% is payable within 30 days of the contract date and balance is payable within 90 days of contract date
- Service Fee > £1,200 for majority of volume despatched > 60 days, then 33% is payable within 30 days of the contract date, 33% payable within 120 days and balance is payable within 180 days of contract date
Export Sale
- Service Fee < £1,200 payable within 30 days of the contract date
- Service Fee > £1,200 for majority of volume despatched < 90 days, then 50% is payable within 30 days of the contract date and balance is payable within 120 days of contract date
- Service Fee > £1,200 for majority of volume despatched > 90 days, then 33% is payable within 30 days of the contract date, 33% payable within 150 days and balance is payable within 240 days of contract date
Pre-Harvest Forward Contract Premiums
- Premium payable by the contract purchaser within 30 days of the contract date
Certified Laboratory Analysis
Standard Analysis
Standard laboratory analysis includes the following measurements, unless agreed otherwise:
- Actual Alcohol (abv %)
- Total Alcohol (abv %)
- Free SO2 mg/L
- Total SO2 mg/L
- Glucose/Fructose g/L
- pH
- Titratable Acidity g/L
- Volatile Acidity g/L
- Colour (IC)
- Heavy metals and other analysis variables are available by request.
Advertising & Enhancements
Demand dependent pricing
Advertising space and the number of available listing and search rank enhancements are limited. At times of limited availability and high demand, prices may increase. You will be advised prior to purchase if the demand rate is higher than the published rate.
Enhancements time bound
Listing enhancements purchased are limited to 30 days from purchase unless the listing is completed or withdrawn prior. If the listing remains in the Exchange after 30 days, any enhancements may be removed. At this time, the listing owner may again purchase enhancements to further promote their listing.

VINEX utilises one of the world's most sophisticated eCommerce gateways to securely process payments. Credit card information is not stored by VINEX.
Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard or American Express in the major currency of your choice.
