Wine Broker – Partner Programmes
The VINEX trading platform is a service available to all wine brokers (for a significantly reduced fee).
Through leveraging the VINEX technology you can expand your customer universe, increase turnover, maybe secure a sale on those 'hard to sell' wines and potentially grow your client base. Authorised wine brokers may Add Listings and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients (providing you have their approval) and pay VINEX a reduced fee. In addition, the following partner programmes are available exclusively to wine brokers. Importantly, VINEX treats its members equally and doesn't discriminate between member types. You can confidently trade through VINEX, an independent trading exchange with anonymity - connecting with buyers and sellers, to negotiate completed sales contracts for a fraction of the industry standard commission rates.
Members must comply with the VINEX Rules & Regulations.

Service Fee (approved Wine Brokers only)
Payable on net contract value* | 0.5% + local taxes (if applicable) |
Minimum fee* | £165 per contract + local taxes (if applicable) |
*Applies to all trade methods. For a non-financial Swap Offer contracts, the Service fee is divided 50:50 and payable by both parties. No other fees are payable on signed contracts. For payment terms, please refer to details in VINEX Rates & Fees.
Partner Programmes
1. Introducing Broker
The IB program offers the opportunity for brokers to earn commissions on trade contracts by any of the buyers or sellers referred to VINEX. By accepting your clients may also trade directly through the Exchange, you can ensure you don’t miss a commission payment for each and every trade that results in a contract by providing VINEX their details as your referred client. The Introducing Broker program advantages: - attractive commission payments - reporting and analysis of their Exchange activity
2. Regional Representative
VINEX invites expressions of interest from companies seeking to become a VINEX Regional Representative. As a Regional Representative, you will partner VINEX to promote the Exchange while earning remuneration and receiving support to grow the membership and trading activity from your region.
VINEX Regional Representatives typically start as an Introducing Broker and following the agreed referral of clients to VINEX becomes a Regional Representative. The program’s advantages include: - attractive commission payments from referred clients AND all clients’ trade contracts from your region - reporting and analysis of Exchange activity from your region - operational training and support from VINEX to improve efficiency and grow your business
